| Anna Ekstrandh is an International Nordic Walking Association (INWA) certified instructor with extensive experience in fitness leadership, instruction and coaching. Anna has been working in the fitness business for 9 years with corporate clients, City of Ottawa, YMCA and individual students. |

Ready to give it a try? 1 hour introductory workshop is held
monthly at Dovercourt Recreation Centre. Both all-levels and advanced group classes are available at Dovercourt and the Jewish Community Center (JCC). Private individual or group classes are also avaliable on request.
